1. The Service

ThreadsLeads (Starks) is an AI business assistant: it drafts emails to your own business contacts, keeps a lightweight CRM of them, schedules meetings, and sends email campaigns, all subject to your approval ("business assistant"). It also helps you discover relevant public conversations on Threads and generates reply suggestions ("lead intelligence"), and separately can generate and publish niche content on a schedule to your Threads account or a Telegram channel you manage ("autoposting"). It is a business-communication, sales-intelligence and content assistant, not a spam tool.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published from your connected account or channel, including autoposted content, and for all emails and campaigns sent through the business assistant.
You will use the Service in compliance with the Threads/Meta Platform Terms and Telegram's Terms of Service.
You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, or mass unsolicited contact.
The business contacts you add and email through the assistant are your own — you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them (consent, an existing business relationship, etc.) and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your jurisdiction. Every campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and the Service will not email a contact who has unsubscribed or withheld consent.

3. Human approval

By default, nothing is published to Threads or an autoposting channel, and no email or campaign is sent, without your explicit confirmation. On Pro and Agency plans, you may opt a specific autoposting channel or email integration into fully automatic publishing/sending of its generated queue ("auto" mode); replies to leads always require your explicit confirmation regardless of plan. Safety limits (rate limits, cooldowns, per-author dedup, posting-frequency caps, daily email caps, quiet hours) are enforced in all modes and cannot be raised beyond safe thresholds.

4. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for actions taken on your account or channel that you approved or that ran under an automation mode you enabled, nor for platform decisions made by Meta/Threads or Telegram.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account or channels at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or the Meta Platform Terms.
