1. The Service

Starks is a multi-tenant platform where each workspace runs one configurable Starks agent: role presets, capability packs, an Agent runtime that executes missions, Company Brain memory, CRM, content, and sales tools, plus a Telegram control plane. Paid subscriptions are billed through Whop. Legacy Telegram lead-gen and niche autoposting features remain available on their existing paths. The Service also includes outreach drafting, email verification, CRM sync, meetings, and scheduled routines. It is a business AI operating system, not an unsolicited spam tool.

2. Your responsibilities

• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for actions taken within their workspace.
• You are responsible for all content published from your connected account or channel, including autoposted content, and for all emails and campaigns sent through the business assistant or approved Agent actions.
• You will use the Service in compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable law.
• You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, or mass unsolicited contact.
• The business contacts you add and email through the assistant are your own — you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them (consent, an existing business relationship, etc.) and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your jurisdiction. Every campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and the Service will not email a contact who has unsubscribed or withheld consent.

3. Human approval

By default, outward actions (email, posts, campaigns, external integrations) and high-impact Company Brain updates require your explicit confirmation before execution. Agent missions may prepare drafts and plans automatically; publishing, sending, or executing against third parties still follows your approval settings. On Pro and Agency plans, you may opt a specific legacy autoposting channel or email integration into fully automatic publishing/sending of its generated queue ("auto" mode); lead replies always require your explicit confirmation regardless of plan. Safety limits (rate limits, cooldowns, per-author dedup, posting-frequency caps, daily email caps, quiet hours) are enforced in all modes and cannot be raised beyond safe thresholds.

AI limitations and third parties

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You must review factual, financial, legal, medical, employment, and safety-critical outputs and remain responsible for decisions and communications. Starks acts only through configured permissions and connections. External AI, email, CRM, calendar, hosting, and billing providers process data under their own terms; delivery and uptime are not guaranteed.

Billing and data processing

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and taxes are handled through Whop. You authorize Starks to process workspace data, uploaded documents, Starks profile instructions, CRM records and communications to provide the Service, enforce security, calculate usage/cost and meet legal obligations. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process. Prohibited uses include spam, unlawful scraping, impersonation, harassment, malware, discrimination, and presenting professional advice as a substitute for a qualified professional.

4. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for actions taken on your account, workspace, or channel that you approved or that ran under an automation mode you enabled, nor for platform decisions made by Telegram or other third parties.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account, workspaces, or channels at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
