User Data Deletion

Service: Starks — One Starks per workspace

You can remove integrations, autoposting channels, and workspace members from the bot or web cabinet at any time. Account deletion is available from /app/account.

Delete all stored data

Open the Starks Telegram bot or web cabinet at /app/account, remove your autoposting channels and integrations, and/or use the delete-my-data flow.
Email sturox.company@gmail.com from the address you use for support and include your account email or Telegram username.
We will verify the request and delete your stored identity, workspaces (where applicable), encrypted access and channel bot tokens, Agent runs and chat history, Company Brain entries, autoposting settings and generated content, saved leads, business contacts, email/message history, meetings and reminders, campaigns, and integration connections.

Requests are completed within 30 days. Deauthorization and deletion requests sent by Meta are also processed automatically through our signed callbacks.
